Andrew and the team of researchers on the Costa Rican expedition have found the rare and critically endangered Red-eyed stream frog Duellmanohyla uranochroa. The BBC following the group have been able to film this species for the very first time! For more on this story see the link below.

Good to see that you have found the stories that Becky has been putting up on the BBC whilst we have been in Costa Rica! It´s been a bit strange seeing how the media over here, at home, and seemingly around the world has picked up on all this stuff and gone a bit mad! Id just like to mention that I spotted the second Duellmanohyla on that particular trip ;)!! But it is great to see that frogs have had some media spotlight over the last 2 weeks :), excellent!
